Shipping
It is Trinoc*coN's policy to not ship out either tickets or t-shirts that are purchased during our pre-registration period. Rather, these items will be held for you and available for pick-up from Registration on Friday the 21st of July at the Conference. Please bring a print out of the confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase.
Returns
Tickets
- We recognize that real life often intervienes into the best laid of plans and that you may find yourself unable to attend Trinoc*coN after already purchasing your ticket. In this case, we try to be as accomodating as possible. What we need from you in order to make this as smooth a transaction as possible is for you to send an email to refunds@trinoc-con.org. Included in this email need to be your name and the original email that you received from us at the time you made your purchase. This is for your protection as well as ours and to insure that we are refunding the correct ammount to the correct person. If we receive your email before the registration deadline of June 21st, then we will process your refund before the conference. If we receive your email after the registration deadline of June 21st, then we will process your refund after the conference.
T-Shirts
- If you have purchased a T-Shirt, this is not refundable as these are print to order. Instead, we will ship your shirt to you (the only exception to our shipping policy) via USPS and will deduct the cost from the refund of your ticket. |
